This is a test of the Emergency Fourm System. This is only a test. If this was an actual emengency you would be directed on what to do.

The guy who owns the company that I am considering for web design is married to a woman who works for one of the newspapers in this area. He just emailed me a little while ago and said she thinks what we are doing is " very interesting " and might want to interview me ( ME of all people ) about the team and what we are doing.
Cool, huh????
I just got word from Craig. His wife called her editor and she has been given the go ahead to do a story about Calm Chaos and what it is that we do!!!!
As soon as the story comes out, I will get copies of the newspaper and send em out!

I've heard people are, there are two thread in the Q & A Boardyeababy wrote:@ team is any one running seti with windows vista, only was thinking about installing vista on main comp(its quite stable now).
Vista RC2 will it run seti app?
What about Windows Vista RC1?
I've got RC1 installed on a separate HDD, but haven't put SETI on it yet because I don't run it too often. I'm still waiting on drivers for some of my devices.

Well, even though Mr. Tom Baker had some "interesting" personal issues after leaving the show; (by the way, he was on it for seven years...), and I definitely do not agree with all of his post Dr. Who beliefs, yet as the "longest running Dr. WHO", I do respect the Character. I definitely identify with this one the best.Divebud wrote:TL, you really like that guy? I always thougt he was the worst Dr. Who..
Next in line for me would be Jon Pertwee's Dr., then Peter Davison, followed by Sylvester McCoy, Chris Eccleston, and now David Tennant. However; Tom's was the first Dr. WHO I ever saw. I was hooked, immediately.

Hey Brian,Divebud wrote:TL, you really like that guy? I always thougt he was the worst Dr. Who..
Everyone who's followed the show has their favorite and the others can all go to h***. I have noticed this and I never really cared for the seemingly disconected nature of the filming of the show. Makes it hard to follow if you step out for a cold one. This Dr. Who is the most recognizable to me just because of when he was the Dr. I've probably only seen 6 or 7 of them in there entirety.

True, I admit not not being a fan. I am a true sci-fi nut but the closest I ever came to liking an oldish british sci-fi series was space 1999. I like allot of sci-fi but it sometimes takes me a while to warm up to any particular one with the exception of Star Trek and Battlestar..
I was just playing with you TL, I know your a fan butI have to go along with DWW on this one.

A couple years ago; I purchased the FULL Collector's DVD Set of Space 1999!
I thought I was the only one left in the world that even remembered that the show existed! <Martin Landau voice on: > "Koenig to Moon Base Alpha, come in Alpha."
My favorite character was Maya! <Ah, redheads! > (She was the second actress I ever had a crush on. The first was Diana Rigg from the original Avengers.)
(...and yes, I really am 39! I caught the Avengers, the Saint, and the Prisoner, all in syndicated reruns... I just got hooked on all of them and watched each and every episode; faithfully.)
While Star Trek, (TOS), held true visionary promise of what our far future could hold in store for us; I saw Space 1999 as the nearer future that could really be... Too bad it hasn't happened, yet. I mean really, we have fantastic and powerful computers at hand; cell phones, blue tooth, etc. What is holding back our Space Programs from reaching the Moon to establish a Base/Colony? (Or Mars, or anywhere else in our Solar System at this point...???) Especially when we proved, (in 1969), that we could get men to the Moon in just a tin can of a rocket... What really is holding us back, now?

Whats been holding us back is a narrow minded Gov who can't see past their corporate handlers for share holder value over the horizon past 1 or 2 quarters. Repub's and Dems. We, as a country, have lost our way my friends, its sad..TimeLord04 wrote:A couple years ago; I purchased the FULL Collector's DVD Set of Space 1999!

Didn't remember, but looked it up. I'll not name her here, just post a link so others can enjoy your test.Divebud wrote:Alot of people never new that Martin Landau's wife was on that show. Do you remember who she was? (test)
(hint) She was also with him on Mission Impossible (the series)
Martin Landua's wife
I never did watch that show much, I think I was too busy being out drinking.

Just a quick question, where does everyone get there daily news from?
You should check out these websites.
www.hbccufo.org/
www.rawstory.com
www.rense.com (this one is just for fun and fuels the conspiracy freak in me)
For corporate media:
www.BBC.com
www.cnn.com
I find that Raw Story is about the best for getting stories several days before they hit the corporate websites.
I would probably sleep better if I didn't even know the news but, I'm just weird that way!!

I'm setting up a hidden advertising thread that only members can view and it will be a place for all the business minded of the group to communicate their business to us all. Should be ready soon.
It's ready now, thanks Buga1 and you can do the thread clean-up at your convenience.
