Heh. I know the feeling. I have had times on my mp3 player where it went directly from Slayer to Garth Brooks. One thing though. Evanesence isn't metal. GnR would be more metal. lol

Yeah they are more alternative, but they are classed as metal in iTunes - to be honest I never much paid over attention to genre classes. I get what I like whenever I hear it.

I also have large collection of Disney songs - the movies too, but I am referring to the park music like Grim Grinning Ghosts from the Haunted Mansion and the Main Street Electrical Parade.

Lol. I don't usually put stuff in genres either. If it's good I like it. If I don't...then it goes in the 'crap' genre. LOL. Disney tunes are one thinmg I don't have and getting them never actually occurred to me. Interesting idea.

Comes with the kids - but it is also pretty good stuff, especially considering the amount of money Disney spends on their budget for songwriters and artists. Also the park themes remind me of my childhood times.

We had a bunch of Disney movies for my daughter but they went with her mother when we split. My daughter is 20 now but there is a new little one on the way so I may start collecting them again.

Here a group that was interviewed on a local radio station a few weeks ago. Don't know if anyones heard of them before. But I am a liking. This link is one of the odder ones, but I ended up going out and getting 2 of there CD's. And I am a liking them. Volbeat.

You can do a Tube search for some of there other stuff. They remind me of a Metallica,Slayer,Megadeth,Johhny Cash mix.

A couple of vids from youtube of course. The first one is Jared Leto's band. The second one is by Skepticism. It's slow and strange but I just want to keep listening to it.
